Cancellations Policy

ALL BOOKINGS NEED TO HAVE A DEPOSIT PAID in order to secure the booking. Sites and cabins.

DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if booking is cancelled within 2 days of arrival or if you don’t show up. If you cancel before the cancellation period starts you will be entitled to a refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. This includes sites and cabins.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, long weekends and special events
